GETTING TO THE VILLA
Here are some useful tips on finding the Villa

Airports for Ostra Vetere (distance to the Villa)
Ancona…….40 mins. 40 km
Perugia……. 1.5 hours. 95 km
Bologna…… 2.25 hours. 205 km ( mostly motorway )
Driving
- The main N to S motorway-the A14-runs alongside the east/Adriatic coast.fiat500
- Drive south from Bologna / Rimini and north from Ancona.
- Turn off at SENIGALLIA and you are only 20 mins from the villa.
- Pay toll in Euros at Ancona-and you will approach a large island,
- TURN LEFT here and head for ARCEVIA
- At the next island go straight over and follow the road for 15 mins until you come to a small village called PONGELLI
- Pass SENTIERO-that fine local pizza restaurant on your RHS and look for CON-AUTO car lot on your RHS and VERDE-CONTI garden centre on your LHS and TURN RIGHT IMMEADIATELY-not at the traffic lights/petrol station which is 100 meters further on.
- Follow this road for about a mile —it is bendy and uphill-until you see a large PINK villa on your LHS with a large gravel car park—ARRIVA !

It is such a peaceful place and a privilege to stay there.
We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks so much, and would love to rent again in the future.
Our 2 families have been holidaying together for 20 years now, and it has never ( despite some competition ) been this good. We have absolutely loved being here, it has been a refuge, a recreation ground and a place of much laughter. Thank you so much for all you have done to make this precious week happen for us.

Our kids loved your huge pool and were in the water from morning to night! The long journey of 1150 km was well worth it, and we would go back to your big house anytime!
