Terms and Conditions

The villa has been completely refurbished and is out second home.

The £500 booking fee is to secure your chosen weeks, security against damages/breakages and the cost of services/utilities. Please read on.

If you have to cancel, the booking fee is returnable in full if you give at least
3 months notice; a confirmation of dates and receipt will be sent to you.

To avoid misunderstandings and for your own piece of mind, please nominate a member of your party to report any discrepancies by the second day.

Utilities

Normal electricity consumption per week €30.
Normal gas consumption per week €15.
Allowance for electricity and gas €50. (excess electricity charged @ cost)
Broadband connection(expected 2011) £10 per week

Breakages / Loses

Minor – glasses/crockery/cutlery incl.
Major – fixtures/fittings/appliances/furniture @ cost.
(Please advise us if this occurs so that we can put it right for the following guests)

Full payment for the holiday is due 4 weeks prior to your stay. An invoice/receipt will be forwarded.

Please ensure that you have your travel/holiday insurance and a European Health Insurance Card (previously form E111).
